How to find your child's photos
If your child had school, sports, or dance photos taken recently and the photographer uses Pro Photo Systems, here's how to find them. The short version: there\'s a link with your name on it, somewhere in your email or texts. If you can\'t find it, the gallery lookup tool is the next stop.
1.Check your email and text messages for a magic link
When your child's photographer is ready, they send a link to the email and/or phone number on file with the organization (the school, league, or studio). Search your inbox for the photographer's studio name, "photos ready", or "Pro Photo Systems". Also check spam and promotions folders.
2.Open the link and bookmark the page
The link takes you directly to your child's gallery — no password required. Once you're in, bookmark the page or save it to your phone's home screen so you can come back any time without searching again.
3.If you don't have a link: use the gallery lookup
Visit the Gallery Lookup page at prophotosystems.com/gallery-lookup. Enter the school, league, or studio name to find their photo company's storefront, then sign in or enter the email the organization has on file for you.
4.If lookup doesn't work: contact the organization
If you can't find your photographer's storefront, ask the school, league, or studio directly. They have a direct line to the photo company and can resend your magic link or update your contact info.
5.Inside the gallery: select photos and order
Browse your child's photos, pick favorites, choose print or digital packages, and check out securely via Stripe. Many photographers also offer retouching as an upsell at the cart — it processes the photos through AI retouching before printing.
6.Save digital downloads to your phone
After purchase, digital downloads are available directly from your order confirmation page. On a phone, tap-and-hold each image to save to your camera roll; on a desktop, right-click and Save As. The gallery itself can also be installed to your phone home screen as a Progressive Web App.
