SMS Terms

1. Program Description

Pro Photo Systems ("PPS," "we," "us," or "our") sends SMS text messages to enrolled users for the following purposes:

  • Photo ready notifications:when your child's photos from a picture-day event are available to view and purchase
  • Order confirmations: when you place an order
  • Order status updates: shipping, delivery, fulfillment events
  • Account alerts: password resets, login from a new device, billing failures
  • Photographer-initiated messages(only if you have an account with that photographer's business): event reminders, sale notices, picture-day logistics

We do NOT use SMS for unrelated third-party marketing.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from PPS by:

  • Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during account registration, OR
  • Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox in your account settings page, OR
  • Replying YES to a confirmation message

By opting in, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if a minor)
  • The phone number you provided is your own or you have permission to enroll it
  • You consent to receive SMS messages from PPS for the purposes described above

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use the Service without opting in to SMS; you will receive notifications via email instead.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity:

  • Account holders: typically 0-2 messages per week during active photo events
  • Active periods(during your child's photo season): up to 5 messages per week
  • Quiet periods: 0-1 messages per month

Frequency is not guaranteed; it depends on your photographer's activity.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. PPS does not charge for sending SMS, but your mobile carrier may charge for receiving SMS or data. Contact your carrier for details.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time using any of the following:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS we send. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
  • Update your account settings in the notifications panel
  • Contact support at support@prophotosystems.com

Replying STOP unsubscribes you from ALL SMS from PPS, including transactional messages. To re-subscribe after opting out, you must explicitly opt back in via account settings.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any SMS we send. You will receive a response with the name of the SMS program, a contact for support, and a reminder of how to opt out.

7. Supported Carriers

We support major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, and most MVNOs. Service availability is subject to carrier coverage.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Service Availability

Message delivery depends on factors outside our control including carrier availability, network conditions, and your device. We do not guarantee that any specific message will be delivered. If you do not receive an expected message, you may also check your email or sign in to your account to view the same information.

9. Data Privacy

Your phone number and SMS interaction history are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number. We share it only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you in advance via SMS or email. If you do not agree, opt out using Section 5.
